Time extensions to earn Eagle rank beyond age 18 are rare. Local council must research cases; only National may grant extensions.

Requests for time extensions to earn Eagle after age 18 must use form in GTA: 11.2.0.0. Forms Incomplete or not signed by SE are returned.

New service project guidelines are general for any BSA project. For Eagle, some steps will fit in project proposal, others in final planning

Use of Lowes gift cards issued by councils for Eagle Scout projects do not require fundraising apps. Councils have already approved them.

There is no time limit on completing merit badge "partials," except the Scout's 18th birthday. No shorter time period may be established.
